Drumchapel Prime Cuts is based at Chapelton of Menmuir, Brechin which is situated at the foot of the Caterthuns.The main enterprises on the farm are Dairying, Arable, Sheep & Primes Cattle Production.
We are quality assured for our Beef Cattle, Sheep and Arable. The dairy herd is assured by the National Dairy Assurance Scheme. The farm is also entered into the Rural Stewardship Scheme which encourages the creation of habitats for small birds, small land animals and insects.

You can now purchase Beef directly from the Alston Family at Chapelton of Menmuir. Our cattle have been fed grass, grass silage and home grown cereals and have either been reared or purchased at a young age. The animal has been hung for a minimum of 21 days and processed and vacuum packed by a registered and qualified butcher.
